What we collect
- Click data on outbound links. The merchant, the offer, the referring page on this site, the device type, the browser user agent, optional campaign parameters (UTM) and a country code when our infrastructure provides one.
- A hashed identifier derived from your IP address. We compute a one-way hash and store only the hash, to distinguish unique clicks and prevent duplicate feedback. We do not store your IP address.
- Coupon feedback. If you tell us a code worked or did not work, we store that vote against a hashed identifier so the same visitor cannot vote repeatedly.
- Aggregate analytics. Page views and referrers, used to understand which content is useful.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not run advertising profiles or retargeting pixels.
- We do not require an account to browse, search or use a coupon.
- We do not store raw IP addresses in our click records.
Cookies
When you follow an outbound affiliate link, the merchant or affiliate network may set its own cookie so the purchase can be attributed to our referral. Those cookies are controlled by the merchant and network, not by us — their privacy policies apply.
Retention
Click records are retained for analytics and conversion reconciliation. You can request deletion of any record associated with your hashed identifier.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete data we hold. Requests go to hello@deal.meidouya.com.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
